Scottish Youth Theatre Equalities Survey (Participants)

At Scottish Youth Theatre we value equality, diversity and inclusion. We are committed to equality of opportunity in everything we do and want to make sure we are working with young people from a wide range of backgrounds. In order to monitor this, we need to collect some information from the young people we work with.  This information will be anonymous and completely confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than to support our actions regarding equality of opportunity and for the purpose of statistical analysis.

We know you are very busy but we’d really appreciate if you’d take a moment to fill in this quick survey about yourself or the young person we will be working with (if you are a parent or carer) -we will leave it up to you to decide who should complete it. We promise it will only take a minute or two!

While the survey is completely anonymous, please note the majority of questions have an option 'prefer not to say' if you do not wish to share certain information with us.
