Who we are
Groundwork London is working in partnership with London Borough of Bexley. The Council and Groundwork respects your privacy rights and is committed to ensuring that it protects your details.
The only data we collect from users is through this survey.
Groundwork London are known as the ‘Processor’ of your data which means we take instructions from London Borough of Bexley who are the Controllers of how your data is used.
Information we collect about you includes name, age, gender, address, postcode and ethnicity.
Information that we collect and process shall not be kept for longer than is necessary. When information is no longer required we will securely delete or destroy such information.
Use of your information
Unless you are told otherwise, we will use your information to:
· Analysis survey results
· Report to funders and project partners
· Ensure our work is representative of the local community
· Invite you to future consultation events and activities
The Council may share your information (but only the minimum amount of information necessary to do the above and only where it is lawful to do so) with:
Other departments within the Council (including the Councillors)
· Central government departments
· The Audit Commission
· Law enforcement agencies
· Other organisations which deal with or handle public funds
· Organisations set up under Acts of Parliament
· Organisations which provide community services
· Contractors that process data on our behalf
The Council may also use and disclose information in ways which do not identify individuals for research and strategic development purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have completed this survey, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
