About Primary Care Networks

Primary Care Networks are GP Practices working with other Practices in their local area. By working together they can deliver more local services in their community. PCNs will work across a bigger geographical area to; improve the ability of practices to recruit and retain staff, to manage financial and estates pressures, to provide a wider range of services to patients and to more easily integrate with the wider health & care system.
