As part of my presentation to key policy makers, I have 5 minutes to get across some major points about how we can progress education and skills in the UK creative industry workforce. And I feel the biggest impact will be from the industry employers themselves.

As the director of an independent training provider, my knowledge and concerns are largely around the entry-level workforce. I could fill the 5 minutes just with my own observations, but I thought the audience might be more interested in what employers have to say than just my views.
