At Elexon, we want to make sure that the information we provide you is clear, precise, easy to find and tailored to your needs. But to do this we need your help.

We’d like to understand what you think about our current communication channels and content and what improvements we could make which would benefit you.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will enable us to make changes to improve the way we communicate with you.

When you are completing this survey, please bear in mind that we are asking you about your views on our communication channels – our methods of communicating with you – and the content of what we communicate. We want to know whether the channels we currently use are useful, whether they can be improved, or if you have any suggestions for new ones. We would also like to know if the content is easy to understand and whether any actions you need to take are clear.
