Environmental Survey
This survey is to seek views from those with an interest in the environment, regardless of whether you are already registered as an Environmental Professional.
The purpose of this survey is to determine if members are aware of the existence of the CEnv qualification and whether there is a demand for the Registered Environmental Practitioner (REnvP) qualification.
The Chartered Environmentalist is a level 7 (i.e. Masters level) professional qualification and denotes a high level of skill and experience and leadership, professional knowledge and profound commitment to sustainable best practice.
The Registered Environmental Practitioner is a level 5 professional qualification and appropriate for those able to demonstrate the required level of environmental knowledge, understanding and skills to protect and enhance the environment in a sustainable way. It is a pathway to the CEnv qualification.
Both qualifications serve the needs of a broad range of environmental professionals and their clients, and are international qualifications.
Increasing recognition of the environmental challenges we face means that having an environmental qualification is more important than ever. Registration as a Chartered Environmentalist or a Registered Environmental Practitioner sets individuals apart from others working in their field. It establishes proven knowledge, experience and commitment to professional standards, and enhances employability.
The results of this survey will help us establish the viability of implementing the Registered Environmental Practitioner qualification to sit alongside the CEnv qualification, and to enhance our services to members. We consider that it may be suitable for those at Associate membership level and above, or affiliates of CIAT (but not those CIAT affiliates who are friend of/with an interest in AT ).
Question 6 - 9 will be suitable for members who are already a CEnv member, so please ignore the other questions.
We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete this short survey.
