INTRODUCTION
Scottish PA Network in association with HAYS Personal & Executive Assistants know that becoming an employer of choice for PAs and support personnel is a journey in an organisation's development. We seek to determine which Scottish organisations are worthy of consideration for Employer of The Year 2023.
EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR
This reward has been created to reward the achievements made by Scottish based companies that demonstrate why they should be recognised as an employer of choice for PAs, EAs and business support professionals. Organisations should provide details on best practice in recruitment, retention and development opportunities specifically for these roles. Judges will be seeking evidence of an excellent all-round employer. Judges will recognise any defining achievements that show commitment and dedication to supporting PAs, EAs and business support personnel in the workplace.
KEY DATES
• Entries open: Now
• Closing date for entries: Friday 3rd February 2023 at noon
• Judges final selection made: Friday 17th February - successful finalists notified
• Awards: Wednesday 22nd March at Virgin Hotels Glasgow at 6pm
