A small group of parents are currently working on setting up the Ealing Group for ADHD support, supported by the Ealing Parent and Carer Forum and the Ealing Family Information Service. We would like to give you the opportunity to complete a questionnaire to help us identify the main needs of families with ADHD within the borough.
If you are caring for a child with ADHD, we would really like to hear from you to learn more about your experiences, and the type of support and information that you would find helpful. The information you share wth us will greatly help us shape and respond to the needs of parents/carers in terms of the setting up of a new Ealing ADHD Support group.
