East Midlands Club Survey

Over the past year we have tried to adapt with the ever-changing situation and find new means of supporting clubs. If you have any new ideas or recommendations on how we can better support our clubs and/or anything you would like to see more of, we ask that you please complete the following survey as we would love to hear from you.
