ELP Master Vendor Supply Agency Survey
The Master Vendor approach to supply staff.
Ealing has an approx £10m annual spend on Agency Supply per year. The Master Vendor approach will enable us to appoint a preferred agency as the main contact for schools within the scheme to supply short, medium and long term supply staff. Aggregated spend across ELP schools will enable us to negotiate lower supplier margins and reduce costs to schools. There will be greater transparency in pricing, free temp to perm conversions after 12 weeks, assurances of safeguarding, reduced admin time and simplified invoicing.
All schools expressing an interest in joining this scheme will be provided with training and support during the implementation period in the Autumn Term 2020.
