The following survey has been requested by the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in order to justify an application for further funding for the event industry from HM Treasury.   Your answers will form an important part of our campaign to get support for the sector and we would urge you to complete the questionnaire and submit it by 12 noon on Monday, 5th October, 2020.
