We'd like to thank you firstly for coming to the EFG London Jazz Festival, and secondly for now taking the time to complete this short survey and letting us know your thoughts.
Whether you attended events, have since listened to any of the Festival broadcasts on various radio stations, or followed media coverage, we’d love to hear what you thought about the Festival: what you listened to, what you enjoyed and if there’s anything that would help us to improve the Festival next year.
As a thank you for completing the short survey, which should take under ten minutes, your entry will be placed into a draw for the chance to win a pair of tickets to a Serious-promoted concert of your choice in 2018.
Surveys must be completed by 5pm on Friday 8 December, and the lucky winner will be notified the following week.
