Why are we setting up an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Group?
Our Advisory Group has been established with the purpose of providing a space in which advisory group members can discuss topics specifically related to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). We want to recruit people with a range of backgrounds and experiences, who have a strong interest in EDI to help the charity ‘sense-check’ our approach so that we continue to improve how we support our communities.

Advisory group members will be at the heart of the charity, gaining an insight into our growing organisation and be in a key position to champion our EDI work on the ground. You will be invited to contribute your perspective to a range of charity initiatives moving forward.
 
We are particularly keen to hear from people with different types of alopecia, senior citizens, those who identify as disabled, come from a minoritized ethnic community, and those from the LGBTQ+ community.
 
Please note, if we receive a high volume of applications covering a wide range of experiences, we will not be able to get back to everyone, but we will let you know if you have been invited to participate within two weeks of receiving your application.
