The aim of our charity is to help us all reduce our contribution to climate change across Merseyside and Cheshire. We achieve this by helping people to reduce their household carbon emissions, and their energy bills. Our Energy Action For Warmth project lets us get out of the office and take our advice and support into the community, by knocking on doors and engaging with residents, and by attending local events to speak to attendees about energy bills and carbon footprints.

After a year in lockdown, we expect people are finding their energy bills have gone up, because ours have too. It’s bound to happen when most people are spending more time at home than we would otherwise. We have lots of advice and support to help people ensure they’re not using any more energy than they have to, and they’re not overpaying for the energy they need.

Now the end of lockdown is in sight, we’re keen to learn from you about what matters to you and your local community. It’s vital that we get our messages right if we’re going to engage successfully with residents.
