In order to continue supporting people during the Covid-19 pandemic many services have developed digital solutions, such as conducting appointments via video rather than face to face.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (L&SC NHS FT) want to understand the experiences of people who have accessed these new digital approaches.
In order to do this, we want to hear about your experience of video appointments or consultations.

To be able to do this L&SC NHS FT are working in collaboration with Healthwatch Lancashire (HWL) to provide this survey to gather people's experiences.  Your feedback is invaluable as it will be used to guide future digital care options.
