Development Funding is available to all KCLSU Activity Groups and Societies to encourage and support their growth. The funds can be used for groups to carry out normal core activities, KCLSU events (i.e. One World) and new projects. You can now apply for ZOOM FUNDING without having to go through the full Development Fund application. 

For core activities & new projects you can apply for funding for the following:

-Stationery, photocopy, printing and publicity costs
-Speaker or trainer costs
-Audio-visual and equipment hire
-Facility hire
-General running costs
-Theatre productions (with the exception of the below)
-Affiliations and Competitions

We will not consider funding any of the following: gifts for speakers, props & costumes for events, prizes and group/committee t-shirts

Your application should seek to benefit and enhance your group, the wider community and KCLSU as a whole. It should also contribute towards KCLSU’s mission:

KCLSU Mission: 'Together with our members we are a union of students where individuals connect, have fun, build communities, share experiences and make change.'
