This course is offered at a subsidised price and is booked on the understanding that should a participant fail to attend or fail to fully complete the course as advised by the FA Tutor the club to which the person is attached will be responsible for paying the full course fee. 
 The course is very popular and often oversubscribed, if someone can't attend they should seek  a replacement from their club. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
