A full review of all Care at Home delivery across the Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership is underway at present.
The purpose of this particular aspect of the review is to seek feedback from you on the quality of care being delivered to you by your care provider/care company.
The following questions are taken from the National Health & Social Care Standards. The Standards describe what people should expect whichever part of the health and social care system they are experiencing.
