tide is undertaking a piece of thematic work , looking specifically at the difficulties and challenges faced by carers of people with Young Onset Dementia. Young Onset Dementia is considered as young onset when it affects people under the age of 65 .

To help with this piece of work, we would like the views and experiences of tide members who are caring for/ have cared for someone whose dementia was diagnosed prior to age 65.

The Survey is anonymous, however, if you are happy for any of your comments to be used in our work or shared on Our Social Media, there is a place on the survey where you can indicate this.

Also, if you would like to be further involved in this area of work, please e mail sarah@tide.uk.net
