Lancaster City Council  Housing ASB Service Quality Assessment: Stakeholders 

This questionnaire forms part of a structured self-assessment on behalf of Lancaster City Council HOUSING ASB services  ("the organisation"  ).

It is designed to target the organisation's key partner agencies, to establish how each agency measures the quality of the ASB service, its commitment to the local community safety agenda, and its contribution to the wider development and implementation of  Citywide initiatives built on strong partnership working.

It is important that the questions are answered as honestly and accurately as possible to enable a full and real assessment of current service delivery to be achieved.

All responses will be treated confidentially and anonymised in relation to any overall recommendations developed during the review.
