This survey is being conducted on behalf of Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The aim of the survey is to understand the extent and nature of the use of social networking and digital communications used by UK residents.
The results of the survey will be used to help Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service understand the best ways to communicate most effectively with the people of Staffordshire.
All participants who complete survey on or before 28th July 2016 will be entered into a draw to win a £20 Amazon Voucher. Winners will be drawn on 29th July 2016 and notified via the email submitted in survey.
The questionnaire is in 3 parts, and should take no more than 5 minutes to complete on-line.
Email address and contact name will only be used to notify prize winner and will not be published in results, passed on to 3rd parties or used for any other reason.
