Flexible working is becoming a more attractive option for workers, but can be challenging to implement in the veterinary profession, where shifts need to be covered. Nurses also may have concerns about asking for a flexible working arrangement. The Diversity, Inclusivity and Widening Participation group of the VN Futures project would like to assess how commonplace flexible working is amongst the veterinary nursing profession, and what nurse attitudes are to it.
The survey is anonymous and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. Some of the responses may be shared during the DIWP campaign in August.
