Dementia Friendly Glenrothes

Glenrothes is working to become Dementia Friendly.

If you are a person living with dementia or care for someone with dementia, we want to hear from you about your experiences.

The information that you give in response to this survey will be used to make Glenrothes a more dementia friendly community.

This project is a partnership initiative between the Glenrothes community, Fife’s Health and Social Care Partnership, Fife Council, Alzheimer Scotland, Active Fife, Fife Forum, Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, Fife Cultural Trust and other local partners. This project is also supported by the local Glenrothes Area Committee.

Please contact Amanda Hunter (Project Manager, Dementia Friendly Community Glenrothes) if you have any questions or want more information.
