Organisational culture survey

I am conducting a study amongst staff members in retail industry as my final research project at Solent university. The thesis is titled as follow: The impact of organisational culture on employee empowerment; a case study within retail industry.

The research problem that I will be tackling in my study revolves around the understanding of how organisational culture impact employee empowerment with a focus on retail industry. I am simply trying to capture your thoughts and perspectives on being an employee in retail and your responses to the question will be kept confidential and will be only used for statistical purpose.

Please note, your participation in this study is voluntary. However, any data collected from this questionnaire which takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete will be critical to the research outcome.
