There are many factors that affect the pulmonary vascular relaxation. Of this oxygen tension is the most commonly used parameter in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension of New-born(PPHN). Aiming high oxygen saturation (Sp02) and partial pressures of oxygen (Pa02) has been the main stay in the treatment of PPHN. However the optimal Spo2 and Pao2 in the treatment of PPHN remains debated. This survey is aimed at the practice styles of neonatologists all over the United Kingdom in treating PPHN thereby helping in setting guidelines in optimal oxygen use in the treatment of PPHN.  Kindly fill in this questionnaire and send it back. I would be deeply indebted

* 1. What is your target partial pressure of oxygen (Pao2) in the treatment of acute persistent pulmonary hypertension (PPHN) in a term baby?

* 2. What is your target oxygen saturation (Sp02) in the treatment of acute PPHN in a term baby?

* 3. How do you titrate oxygen after initial stabilization of a term baby with acute PPHN?

* 4. If you go by SPO2 while weaning FiO2, do you use

* 5. Do you have a set protocol to wean  Fio2 in your unit?

* 6. What is the level of your unit?

* 7. what is your designation?

* 8. Any other comments?
