We are pleased to inform you that we will be replacing the telephone system at Kings Road Medical Centre on Wednesday 25 September 2019, following feedback from patients about their experience with the current telephones.
Before we do this, its important that we ask you to tell us about the quality of the current telephone system. We will ask you in a few weeks to tell us if you feel that this has improved, once the new system is in place.
