Introduction

UK Deaf Sport (UKDS) is the national organisation for deaf sports and physical activity in the UK. Our vision is for every deaf person to be active and inspired by sport and physical activity. We collaborate with partners and organisations on a wide range of areas of work including supporting deaf sports in competing internationally.

UK Deaf Sport want to hear from you as individuals/organisations that may or may not have engaged with us. This survey will take around 8-10 minutes of your time to complete and will contribute to strengthening the organisation and ensuring that we can support our members as best we can with their enquiries, entry forms and much more.

UK Deaf Sport is reviewing its Membership offer in order to provide the most effective support for individuals and organisations involved with deaf sport and physical activity. In order to ensure we do this right, we need to understand your opinions on this, so please do answer the following questions below so we can consider all views.

If you wish to enter, there is a prize draw to win £50 of high street shopping vouchers.
