Thank you for expressing your interest in providing feedback for NHS 111.

NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI) are looking to explore how improvements can be made to the NHS 111 service and would like to understand the experiences and views of people who are deaf or have hearing loss, when accessing NHS 111 online or over the phone.

RNID is supporting NHSEI to recruit volunteers to provide their feedback over an interactive online platform where volunteers can discuss their needs and share their ideas for service improvements, including a project looking into SMS as a way to contact NHS 111.

If you live in England and are over 18, we’d still like to hear from you, even if you haven’t used NHS 111 and would like to be involved.

We would like to ask you a series of short questions to get to know you better and to capture your contact details so that we can get in touch and invite you to provide feedback.

If we receive a high number of responses, RNID will shortlist potential volunteers to ensure the group is representative of our communities. This means that unfortunately, not everyone that signs up will be asked to volunteer so please don’t be disappointed if you do not hear from us on this occasion.

If you have any questions or would prefer to respond in BSL, please let us know by emailing Panel@rnid.org.uk

Thank you for filling out this form, we really appreciate your support.
