How do we make it easy for landlords and tenants?

The purpose of this survey is to look at how we can work with landlords to improve the smart water meter installation experience for our customers.

* 1. Are you aware of the compulsory smart water metering programme?

* 2. Do you currently pay the water bill on behalf of your tenant(s)?

* 3. If you do currently pay the water bill are you likely to transfer the responsibility of this bill to the tenant(s) once they are on a metered tariff?

* 4. Thames Water will be contacting the bill payer and the property occupier about installing a smart water meter.  As a landlord do you want to be updated about the smart water meter installation?

* 5. When Thames Water need to gain access to install a meter inside a property how could we work with landlords to arrange this?
