This survey is designed to help capture writers’ experiences within the creative industries.

You do not have to give your name or contact details to report your experiences, but any details you provide will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice

The data will be used to build a picture of current practice and may be used in aggregate form (collated and anonymised) to raise headline issues issues with broadcasters, producers or other relevant bodies. Individual cases will not be shared without explicit consent.
