Ox Pak is a start-up company based in Scotland that is looking to take the pain and hassle out of carrying your bike on your back up steep and difficult ascents. Ox Pak is striving to create a product that provides a functional, ergonomic and safe solution to this issue.

This survey is being run to help Ox Pak learn more about the real life, in situation problems and issues that people are facing while carrying their bicycles in this way for prolonged periods of time.

The information gathered will be fed back to the design team at Ox Pak and will then be integrated into the next stage of development and prototyping.
