Working with Expert Citizens & Power With

Healthwatch England is keen to understand how local Healthwatch involve people with lived experience of inequality in their decision making, about their engagement and influencing work. We are working with Expert Citizens and Power With to map current practice and we will be working with a group of people with lived experience of inequality to develop tools to support the network develop their participatory approaches.

The starting point is this survey which will help identify good practice and key challenges. We hope you will share your experience with us here. This survey will cover how you involve/engage people with lived experience.
 
This is a qualitative survey and will use open-ended questions to get a full understanding of the issues, identify initial themes and best practice, which we will explore further in focus groups and interviews. This survey should take around 30 minutes to complete, as some questions will require time to think through and more descriptive responses.
