Hello and thank you for taking your time to respond to this survey.
Inclusion London is a London-wide Deaf and Disabled people’s organisation. We promote equality for the capital’s 1.2 million Deaf and Disabled people and provide capacity-building support to London’s Deaf and Disabled people's organisations.
Our Disability Justice Project will support London DDPOs to use the law to help Deaf/Disabled people make our rights to independent living and access to goods and services a reality. Our project will focus on 3 key pieces of legislation: The Care Act 2014, The Equality Act 2010 and The Human Rights Act 1998 and we can use them to help secure independent living and access to goods and services.
This survey will help us to better understand how well DDPOs know and use the Care Act 2014, the Equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act 1998. It will enable us to deliver the project in the most effective way and help us know if we have made a difference .

It will take you approximately 10 minutes to respond to this survey.
The survey is aimed at senior managers of DDPOs (Deaf and Disabled People’s Organisations); however it can also be filled in by your information, advice and advocacy workers.
