The state of cyber security in the UK charity sector

Since the start of the pandemic, charities have been turning to digital to continue how they operate, fundraise, market, and deliver services. This has opened us up to significant cyber security risks that are becoming ever more sophisticated. We ourselves and others like Mermaid have been a victim of highly sophisticated cyber attacks, proving the vulnerability of the sector.

That's why we have launched a survey in partnership with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to find out where we stand as a sector and ultimately help protect it going forward.
