Introduction

In the Autumn 2022 edition of My Great Place we shared what customers had told us was important to them when we send them information and how we’d used what customers told us. As a result of this feedback we made sure that:
• We now send out one eNews per month (apart from when our larger newsletter is sent out in April/May and September/October
• We have increased the content in each eNews and larger newsletters
• Each article is relevant to most of our customers
• We highlighted specific articles with geographical tags where relevant
• We have included contact details with our communications and articles

We also said that we would continue to gather your feedback and respond to it. We’d like to know what you think about this customer communication and would appreciate it if you would take the time to answer a few questions.
