Credentials - International Coffee Council (Special Session)

Please inform the Executive Director of who will represent your country at the 126th (Special) Session of the International Coffee Council taking place online on the 4 and 5 June 2020:

Delegation Size
Speaking delegates: A maximum of two representatives per delegation will be allowed to speak.

Silent Observers: A maximum of three silent observers are allowed per delegation. Silent observers cannot make interventions or comments.

*Email addresses need to be provided for each member of the delegation, both for speaking delegates and silent observers. You will need to fill in this form for each person in your delegation. Thank you for your patience.

Please address the letter to the ICO Executive Director and include the details of the representative of your county. Please include: 'Country Name' 'Representative Name' 'Representatives Email Address' 'Representative Title' and 'Organization'. The letter needs to be signed by a representative of the competent authorities of the Member country (i.e. the relevant Ministry or government agency of the Member country or by a representative of the Diplomatic Mission of the Member concerned either in the country where the seat of the Organization is located or where a session takes place, although this special session is online, it is officially taking place is London.).
