The National Education Opportunities Network (NEON) as part of our work related to World Access to Higher Education Day (WAHED) is undertaking an investigation of the impact of Covid-19 on higher education admissions around the world.

The questions in this survey is intended for representatives from higher education institutions. The questions in this survey ask you to describe the immediate effects of Covid-19 on higher education admissions in their country i.e. whether exams have been delayed or cancelled; whether they feel that Covid-19 will continue to have an impact on admissions in the next academic year, and how they feel disruptions to higher education admissions (as a result of Covid-19) will affect marginalised or disadvantaged students.

The responses to this survey will form a report on the impact of pandemics on higher education admissions globally which will be circulated as quickly as possible through our channels.

The survey will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, and is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to answer a question, you are free to skip it.

If you do wish to partake in this survey, we would request that you do so if possible initially by the 29th March 2020. We will follow up respondents after this time for further information as policy develops.

Data will be temporarily stored online on SurveyMonkey, which is a secure site. It will then be transferred to password protected files on secure servers at the London Higher offices where NEON staff members are based. The data will be destroyed 1 year after the dissemination of the report in May 2020.
