Ealing Council is consulting on its draft children’s centres strategy for the next three years (2019-2022), which means there may be changes to how children’s centre services are provided in the future. This questionnaire is designed to work alongside the full strategy available at www.ealingfamiliesdirectory.org.uk or if you prefer, a shorter version of the strategy is the ‘Have Your Say’ leaflet available online as well as in print from your local children’s centre.

We currently have 27 children's centre sites in the borough - 7 main centres and 20 linked sites. The future proposal is to retain the 7 main children's centres but out of the 20 linked sites some services may be re-organised or reduced at 11 sites.

The consultation is open from 22 February until 17 May 2019, and this survey asks for your opinion on the proposed changes and how they might impact you.

Information you provide through this survey will be used only for informing the final children’s centres strategy and the equalities analysis assessment. Your contact details, if provided, will be used to keep you informed about the outcome of the consultation. All the information will be used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, incorporating the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you have any questions or need help with this consultation, please contact Ealing’s Family Information Service on 020 8825 5588 or email children@ealing.gov.uk
