1. Introduction
ECHA and the European Commission (DG Env) are undertaking a study into the effectiveness of chemical safety assessment under REACH for substances in consumer mixtures, and the related communication in the supply chain. The study aims to identify the key issues experienced by end-use formulators and to develop proposals for making improvements.
