Construction Trades and Professionals Survey - Scottish Borders |
Barriers to Training and Upskilling in Energy Efficiency
The Southern Uplands Partnership are currently working with a wide range of local and national partners on the need to drive Energy Efficiency to reach Net Zero targets by 2045 by strengthening local supply chains.
We are asking tradespeople and professions to complete our very quick survey to determine the training needs and barriers to training they are currently encountering. Your response will help us to develop and deliver appropriate training pathways, fast track routes and mitigate financial and time barriers that many sole traders face in the Scottish Borders.
When we refer to energy efficiency, we include a wide range of activities from draft-exclusion, loft insulation, LED lighting and double glazing through to external wall insulation, low-carbon heating systems, solar PV panels and electric car charging.
This survey has 10 multiple choice questions and should take no longer than 3 minutes to complete.
