In 2008 and 2012 we published reports on how comms teams in charities are doing. This year we’re repeating the exercise. This survey will provide a benchmark for non-profit communications teams of all sizes and remits.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and answers will be kept anonymous. If there are questions you can’t answer, don’t worry - a partially-answered survey, while not ideal, is better than an unanswered one. You can return to your previous answers any time (on the same device) before submitting them – if you have any problems let Robyn know. There’s also a PDF version here if you want to have a glance through the questions first.
