We Need Your Views
West Dunbartonshire Citizens Panel is a group of residents who have volunteered to be contacted with surveys about key local topics and priorities. The panel is reflective of the population of West Dunbartonshire, and results from surveys are used to measure satisfaction and performance as well as informing service improvements.
Full panel surveys are carried out a minimum of twice per year, with members invited to provide their views anonymously on local services and activities. Responses from this are used to inform planning and priorities in future years.
The results from the Panel help shape some of the council's major policies including the Strategic Plan and the Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP). The information gathered also allows us to track views over time and ensure we are improving the things that people tell us are important to them.
The citizen’s panel surveys are online to make it easier for you to complete. To make sure we have a wide range of views and representative membership for this we are always seeking new members.
