Proposal to relocate the practice |
We are writing to you to ask for your views on our proposal to relocate the practice from its current site at 190-196 City Road, EC1V 2QH to a new site at Finsbury Leisure Centre, Norman St, Bunhill EC1V 2PU. Our request to relocate to the new building will be referred to the April 2022 North Central London (NCL) Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) meeting, therefore we are seeking your views so the members of the committee can these into consideration before a decision is taken.
The new building will not be ready to occupy for 3 or 4 years but it is important we take action now as the building will require planning permission and redevelopment to become a modern practice building suitable for use many years into the future.
The new site is approximately 0.3 miles or 6 minutes walking distance from our current practice building. The new site will bring great benefits to patients in terms of large modern facilities allowing the practice to expand the high-quality care patients already have.
We will be holding a more detailed engagement and seeking your views again as things progress and will continue to work with patients and our Patient Participation Group as the building scheme develops. We will be able to provide you with more detail on our plans and the benefits we want to bring about for patients.
Your feedback is important to us. We would like to know what you think about the proposed relocation and what impact it may have on you. Please complete the short questionnaire below to let us know your thoughts.
We will collate all the responses to this questionnaire and this information will be included in our CCG application for the relocation.
We will also publish the results on our website after the four-week engagement period; all responses will be confidential.
Please tick the boxes that apply to you.
