INTRODUCTION - PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING

The new housing coming to Charing will provide developer contributions, known as S106 payments, to improve or add to local facilities to meet the additional demand coming from the new residents. Some of this will go to organisations such as KCC to improve school primary or secondary school facilities or to the NHS to provide additional medical facilities. But some can also be used by the Parish Council to provide facilities that we, or the community, will manage. Work on our Neighbourhood Plan has identified a number of possible options. This survey is to ask your opinion so we know which ones people think would be most valuable.
Not everything we might want will qualify. This money can not be used to meet existing needs. However for some items money might be available from other sources.
