Survey Information and Consent
This questionnaire is part of a research project by Queen's University Belfast in association with the Moredun Research Institute, on parasite control on cattle farms in the UK and Ireland. We would like to know what you are doing to control worms, and what you think of wormer resistance and how to deal with it.
Once you start the survey, please complete it in one go: answers will not be saved if you leave part way through. There are 15 questions and the whole thing should take you less than 15 minutes to complete.
The answers are completely anonymous, and you are under no obligation to take the survey (but thanks if you do!). Results will be used as part of current research to assess the situation with respect to wormer use and resistance in cattle, and to improve guidance to help address this issue. They will not be shared with commercial companies except in published form open to everyone.
If you have answered the full version of the QUB Big Worm survey this year, please do not answer this survey. If you haven’t but would like to, please consider taking it instead of the current survey; although it is much more detailed and will take you about an hour:
