This short questionnaire is to inform us about your organisation and improve our knowledge of the sector in our Borough.
The information you provide will:
· Assist us in determining the level of support organisations require now and in the future.
· Provide us with essential information to improve the relevance of communication to you.
· Enable us to develop more effective and relevant network channels.
· Create an evidence base for comments and statements made locally, sub-regionally, regionally and nationally.
· Develop campaigns and projects of action to address issues.
· Assist us in developing measures on how the sector is affected year on year by political policy and decision-making.
You do not have to fill in every question, however we would appreciate it if you complete as many questions as you can.
