Please tell us about your views and experiences of care home services in North Tyneside during the Covid 19 pandemic. We want to know what issues matter to you and what's working well; what could be done better and how you think the care home where your loved one lives could be better in the future. We are interested in care during the early days of the pandemic; over the summer as visiting opened up and recently as restrictions are changing.
The information you provide will help us improve local services and will be used anonymously. We will store our information securely and only use it to help improve local services.
