Welcome to the Cardiff Met SU Consultation on Period Dignity

We are committed this year to promoting period dignity across all of Cardiff Met. We are extremely excited to launch this campaign, in order to do so and to make sure it’s as effective as possible, we need your help.

Period dignity is not something that is specific to women, we all have a responsibility to work together to; end the stigma related to periods and create an environment in which periods are normalised. Therefore, we are looking for the views of all students.

In this short consultation we will ask you a few questions, to make sure we supply you with the products that you want and that you can access them when and where you want to. We also want to have a better understanding of student attitudes towards periods and female reproductive health in general. The campaign will not only focus on removing the stigma attached to periods but issues surrounding reproductive health and choices.

All of your responses will be anonymous. We will keep your data secure and will adhere to GDPR regulations.

If you are interested in working on the campaign please email Laura at suwellbeing@cardiffmet.ac.uk. Please contact Laura if you have any questions relating to the survey.
