Question Title

This survey gives you the opportunity to provide an update on your Carbon Management Plan in line with your funding requirements. If you would like support with completion, please contact Creative Carbon Scotland Carbon Management Planning Officer, who will be happy to help.  

In this survey, you will be asked for summary information on the Carbon Management Plans you are required to develop as part of your Regular Funding agreement with Creative Scotland or as part of your funding agreement with City of Edinburgh Council. 

To give you an idea of what to expect, we'll be asking for the following information:
  • Your contact details
  • The name and summary details of the projects that form your Carbon Management Plan until 2021
  • Information on the carbon savings from the projects you've completed in 2018 and 2019
  • Information on the estimated carbon savings for the project you have planned for 2020-21
  • Information on the estimated financial costs and/or savings expected overall

You will be able to return to the survey to complete it at another time, but you must ensure cookies are enabled on your browser and that you are using the same browser and the same link in order to do so.

If you are completing the survey on behalf of an organisation that receives funding from City of Edinburgh Council but that is not a Creative Scotland RFO, you may be making a Carbon Management Plan for the first time. In this case, you may not be able to answer all the survey questions relating to past carbon reduction. Please respond with 'Not Applicable' where this is the case and contact us if you're uncertain.

If you are a Creative Scotland RFO, you are also obliged to report on your carbon emissions for 2019-20 and should complete the emissions reporting survey separately here.
