Criteria
Judges will be looking for a business which has demonstrated some or all of the following:
- Always looking for the next trend in the market/ sets the trend
- Shows an improvement in footfall, following (social media) & sales
- Increasing confidence in the business innovation, especially with new customers
- Contemporary techniques of exposing their brand to the market place

Judges will be looking for a business which has demonstrated some or all of the following:
- Made a positive contribution to the local community
- Spends extra effort bringing the community together
- Helps others and goes out of their way for charity
- Donates staff time to support local initiatives
